All source code, software architecture, graphics, designs, UI/UX, videos, written content, and marketing materials created by Skystart Digital remain the sole property of Cascan Digital Private Limited unless transferred via written agreement.

Each project is defined by a proposal or SoW (Scope of Work). Any request beyond the agreed scope will be treated as a change request and may involve additional charges and timelines.

• All project pricing is shared in advance through a formal quotation or proposal
• Projects begin only after agreed advance or full payment is received, unless stated otherwise
• In case of delay in payment, project progress or handover may be withheld
• For monthly retainer services, invoices must be cleared within 7 days of issue

• Minor revisions are allowed as per the proposal, major revisions may be billed separately
• Post-delivery support timelines and maintenance terms will be clearly mentioned in the proposal
• Any third-party plugin or tool used in the project may incur separate renewal or upgrade costs

Skystart Digital reserves the right to:

• Terminate services or user access for breach of terms
• Withhold or remove access to digital assets if payments are overdue
• Pursue legal action in cases of IP theft, misuse, or contract breach

Clients may terminate services with written notice as per the contract. Any pending dues must be cleared before final handover.

• We maintain confidentiality for all client data, codes, assets, and credentials
• We do not share client information with third parties unless explicitly required for project execution
• Clients are responsible for the security and access control of third-party platforms they share

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Gudivada, Andhra Pradesh.
