Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 16, 2025

At Skystart Digital, operated by Cascan Digital Private Limited, we prioritize client satisfaction and maintain transparency in all service engagements. However, due to the customized nature of digital services, refunds are limited and governed by the terms below:

You may be eligible for a refund only under the following circumstances:

  • The project is cancelled before any actual work has commenced.
  • There is a complete failure to deliver the project within the agreed-upon timeline without a justified reason or prior communication.
  • The final deliverables contain unresolvable technical errors that are attributable solely to our team and are clearly defined within the project scope as per the official onboarding documents and discussions.

    This means:

    • The issue must be within the agreed-upon project scope, not caused by third-party services or external integrations.
    • The error must be technically unresolvable after all reasonable attempts by our team to fix it.
    • The issue must be reported within the project’s delivery timeline or as mutually agreed in the contract.

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Services that have already been delivered, reviewed, or approved by the client.
  • Partial or milestone-based work that has been initiated or completed as per the project timeline.
  • Custom development, UI/UX, integrations, or design tasks tailored specifically to the client's request.
  • Projects executed strictly within the agreed scope and onboarding proposal, where changes or issues arise outside the defined scope.
  • Any errors, interruptions, or delays caused by third-party service providers (e.g., hosting services, APIs, payment gateways, external plugins/tools) that are not under the control of our team, company, or administration.
  • Any funds paid directly by the client to third-party service providers, either through our guidance or independently, will not be handled, refunded, or processed by our team, company, or administration. Clients must directly approach the respective service provider for any refund or cancellation requests related to those services.
  • Any project malfunctions, misfunctions, delays, or damages arising as a result of third-party service failures, limitations, or cancellations will not be considered the responsibility of the company or its team, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
  • Errors caused due to client-side changes or post-delivery modifications.
  • Issues outside the scope of the original proposal or onboarding agreement.

Refunds will not be applicable for any funds utilized for marketing or advertising services, including but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – Google Ranking
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Google Ads & Facebook Ads Campaigns
  • Content Marketing & Blogging
  • Email & SMS Campaigns
  • Brand Awareness Campaigns
  • Logo & Graphic Design
  • Video Production & Motion Graphics
  • Public Relations (PR) & Online Reputation Management
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Offline & Event-Based Marketing
  • Sales & Conversions Optimization
  • E-commerce Marketing
  • Landing Page Optimization
  • Retargeting & Remarketing Campaigns
  • AI-Powered Marketing Tools
  • Affiliate & Referral Marketing Programs

Due to the live and real-time spending nature of these services — often tied to ad platforms, external algorithms, or third-party toolsno refunds or cancellations will be processed under any circumstances once the budget is allocated or services are initiated.

These services often involve automated platform spending, governed by the terms and technology of third-party service providers. The company, team, or administration only acts as a facilitator or executor based on the client’s direction and budget. Therefore:

  • We are not responsible for platform-based errors, underperformance, or cost variations once the campaigns are live.
  • No partial or full refunds will be initiated for services rendered or initiated.
  • If any funds remain unused and are eligible as per the third-party service provider's policies, we will assist by guiding clients with refund request procedures or share direct contact support details of the respective service provider.
  • Refund decisions for such remaining funds rest solely with the third-party platform (e.g., Meta, Google, Mailchimp, etc.).
