  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.
  • Employees are expected to adhere to the work hours stated in their employment contract.
  • Remote and hybrid work options may be extended based on the role, project requirements, and individual performance.
  • Regular attendance and punctual reporting are crucial for team coordination and workflow efficiency.
  • Compensation is determined based on role responsibilities, experience, skills, and performance.
  • Salaries are disbursed monthly in accordance with the company’s payroll cycle.
  • Performance bonuses or incentives may be awarded at the discretion of the management.
  • Employees are entitled to casual, sick, and earned leaves as defined in their employment agreement.
  • Prior approval must be obtained for all planned leaves, except in emergency situations.
  • Unapproved extended absences may be treated as misconduct and subject to disciplinary measures.
  • Quarterly performance reviews are conducted to provide structured feedback and assess growth.
  • Promotions, role enhancements, and salary revisions are based on merit, contributions, and review outcomes.
  • New employees are subject to a probation period of 3 to 6 months.
  • Employment may be terminated by either party with due notice, as stated in the employment agreement.
  • Immediate termination may occur in cases of gross misconduct, data breaches, or severe policy violations.
  • All work produced during employment—including code, content, and designs—is the intellectual property of Cascan Digital Private Limited.
  • Employees must sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) for all sensitive projects and confidential matters.
  • We support continuous learning through internal training, online courses, and mentorship programs.
  • All employees must complete onboarding and mandatory training modules as part of their induction.
  • The company maintains zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, or misuse of company assets.
  • All decisions and actions should reflect our core values and comply with legal standards.
